Our Guarrantee

Our products with the exception of the teddy bears are to be sold in minimum quantities for resale purposes. The teddy bears we carry enough stock to assure quick delivery at any quantity.

Our Policy: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return it to us for an exchange or refund inside 30 days. We exchange or refund any original condition merchandise with a copy of the invoice or payment receipt. Send it back to us and well credit you back to the original payment type. By sending returns to the Standard Returns Address, credit card purchases will receive credit back to the credit card used. Please note that if you return merchandise without a receipt or invoice, we can only provide the last known value of the gear in the form of a merchandise credit.
